This is the portrait you see on your own hand all day. The disc hangs from a small jump ring at the front of the band, so it swings and catches the light as your hand moves. To make it, an artist redraws your dog or cat by hand from your photo, and we laser-engrave that line portrait into a 15 mm disc of 316L surgical steel. How do I get the ring size right, especially as a gift?

Order the everyday-wear size of the finger you want it on. Most people know the size of a ring they already wear, or you can measure at home with our size guide. The dangling disc is the focal point, so the ring still looks right even a half-size loose, which helps when you're guessing for a gift. If the fit is off, exchange within 30 days for any size 7 to 13.

Will it really look like my pet on a disc this small?

The 15 mm disc gives the artist a clean round space to draw in, and pets read well from a photo with clear eyes, ears, and markings. We draw to capture the features you'd recognize, not a pixel-perfect copy. Doing a paw print instead? Send a clear photo of the paw and we draw from that the same way. If the photo can't carry enough detail, we email you before drawing rather than ship something that doesn't look like them.
