Will the portrait on the small disc look like my pet?

Yes — the artist works at the disc scale, emphasizing what makes your pet recognizable: ear shape, markings, expression. The drawing is composed to read at chest-distance. If your reference lacks detail, we hold the order and ask for another.

Can I swap one disc for two portraits or two names instead?

The standard design is portrait on one disc, name on the other. If you'd prefer two portraits (e.g., two pets) or two names, contact us before ordering — we'll review as a custom request before confirming.

Will the engraving wear off through daily wear?

The portrait and name are cut into the steel itself, not printed on top. Surface print would scratch off; structural engraving wouldn't. The 316L base is tarnish-resistant, and the plating resists daily contact, showering, and incidental wear.
